Bolgatty Palace is located on the island popularly known as Bolghatty Island in Kochi, Kerala. It is built by the Dutch in the year 1744,This building was used as the Governor’s palace for the commander of Dutch Malabar. After the Independence of India,this palace became the property of the Kerala state and was converted into a heritage hotel. Facilities available in the Palace are 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, ayurvedic centre. There is frequent boat services are aviable It faces straight to the Vembanad backwaters. It is currently under the control of KTDC.
