Aruvikkara Dam is located @ distance of about 15 kms from Trivandrum Central Railway Station, Aruvikkara Dam is a beautiful dam constructed over Karamana River. There is a small park laid out with an artificial waterfall. It is dangerous to take a bath in the dam because of the innumerable rocks that have huge curve-ins.
